ChoGBlog Audio: Church of God Historian

After some technical delays in getting this together, I am excited to present you the latest edition of ChoGBlog Audio.

If you have been following me any length of time, you will know that I value our movement’s history and see it as instrumental for understanding our present and preparing us for the future. Therefore, it is appropriate and timely that I recently had a discussion with Dr. Nathan Willowby, the “official” Church of God Historian.

In this insightful conversation you will not only learn about the role of the Historian and the official Archives, but also the Church of God Historical Society, which is currently going through some changes to become more relevant for our self-understanding. Most valuable, however, are Nathan’s wide-ranging reflections on where we are as a movement and some thoughtful suggestions as we look ahead.

I would love to hear your thoughts about the topics we examine in this interview.

This is a ChoGBlog Audio feature, which is available to ChoGBlog paid subscribers. (You can learn more about ChoGBlog Audio HERE).
